Remove any hair 24hrs in advance, exfoliate, moisturise and make sure you dry off completely if showering beforehand.

Mousses are the easiest to rub in and apply, and with an added guide colour they’re perfect for beginners. Sprays are great for hard-to-reach areas, fast drying and ultra-light. The most important rule is to choose a self-tanner for your skin tone and type, not your desired result.

It’s important to use a mitt, in circular motions using small amounts each time. Start at your ankles and work your way up - saving your arms, feet and hands for last. After you’ve finished your body, squeeze your mitt and apply what’s left to your face for a natural glow.

Always try and pat away any excess tan and DON’T RUB. If streaks or splotches appear, we recommend rubbing half a lemon on the area for two minutes before lightly patting buffing it with a damp towel. If you’ve ended up with some dark palms or patches anywhere wash with some whitening tooth paste and its magic!

Use the St. Moriz Oil – Free Tan Enhancer daily after tanning to help preserve your tan, and stop your skin from flaking.

I’ve always thought Cillian Murphy and Eddie Redmayne look pretty on point, whether they’re in tailoring or something more casual.

They’re the only brand on the high street that fit me so well. Great quality too. I wore the AW16 navy blue Montague Burton suit recently and everyone though it was designer.

WHAT IS ON YOUR XMAS WISHLIST?

Besides time off with my family... a new winter coat. Grey is a good way to go this season. I always get a winter knit from my mum too.
