Please join us for another fun H-Troop family event on the beautiful San Antonio Riverwalk. The event schedule, dinner menu, registration form and other pertinent information are attached.

Reservations Below is the online booking link for our room block. After clicking on the link, you should be directed to the Holiday Inn website where you can book reservation. After entering your arrival/departure dates the group code that is specific to our group will automatically populate. This will allow you to book reservations for the specific dates that coincide with our reunion. Reservation requests outside of the block dates can be booked upon availability. If you would like to call in and make reservations, please call the central reservation's line at 210-224-2500. When calling for reservations please request the group rate for H-Troop 17th Cav. Vietnam Reunion or group code HTR. Even if your travel plans are uncertain make your reservations early to guarantee the price. There is NO CHARGE to make the reservation and no charge to cancel if cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival. Please note that the cutoff date for booking reservations is 9/10/2019. This is the last day for booking reservations in this group block. If you need to cancel, please do so 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.

Dinner The buffet dinner will be held in the Tango Ballroom Saturday evening. The dinner menu and cost including tax and gratuity are included in this packet. PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO AND MAIL TO: BILL or BELINDA JOHNSON, 799 SE 7 HIGHWAY, CLINTON, MO 64735 NO LATER THAN September 10th, 2019. We cannot deposit checks made payable to H-Troop!!

Registration Registration for the reunion will be Friday afternoon, October 11th, 3:00 – 7:30 p.m. in the Sky Line Atrium. This year’s hospitality room, the Sky Line Atrium, is on the 7th floor and will be available for Meet and Greet 3:00 – ?? p.m. Snacks, beer, wine and soda will be available (this year we bring our own so everything will be available at 3:00).

Official Reunion The official reunion will begin Saturday, October 12, 9:00 a.m., in the Tango Room on the 7th floor of the hotel. Troopers will have their private discussion time 1:30 – 2:30 pm in the Tango Room. The ladies will have their own discussion time in the hospitality room during this same time period.

Raffle and Silent Auction For those of you wishing to donate items to the Silent Auction and/or Raffle, and have difficulty transporting them, you may also ship your items direct to the Holiday Inn. Please include the following information on your package:

KIA Ceremony The ceremony is scheduled for Sunday, 9:30 a.m. in the Tango Room. Immediately following the KIA Ceremony we will have our closing ceremony rather than Monday morning. A group photo session, conducted by James Tokar , will follow the closing ceremony. In an attempt to make this go smoothly please be in groups by Platoon and listen for your Platoon to be called.

Registration Form Even if you are unable to attend the reunion, please return the registration form, no later than September 10th, 2019, so we can be sure the contact information we have for you is up to date. Also, indicate whether or not you will be attending the group dinner. If you have any questions regarding this form, feel free to contact us via email or phone. Please help us to continue to widen our network of Troopers. We need each and every one of you to help us find comrades who served with us from our deployment from Ft. Hood until Stand Down in 1971. If you have ANY idea how to reach a Trooper that you know we have not previously contacted, please forward that information to us and we will try to locate them.
