My struggle

Not that long ago, I was struggling with how I would go about my business. There was so much I wanted to do and ideas I wanted to share the world.

But before I could do that, there were things I needed to do first – set things up. It was a very difficult period for a solopreneur like me since I had to do everything.


My first VA, Maria

Then a blessing came my way. I found my first virtual team member, Maria.

To those of you who have been following my story, you should know by now how much I love Maria.

She was the person who stood by me and virtually walked with me side by side in accomplishing my mission.


Just like a Lotus flower

Maria is still very much with me plus 5 other full time team members. My virtual family is indeed growing!

Pretty much like a Lotus flower - with each petal as a team member, it gets bigger and more beautiful; it floats on top of the water - on top of the world - reaching up.

It's harmonious, it is structured but it is free flowing - it's just plain old beautiful.

What we do as a virtual team

I want you to take a peek at what it is like to have a sacred and inspired team with me.

Every week, I meet these 6 beautiful people online. And every

week, as we do our respective tasks efficiently, we are able to laugh together, support each other, hold each other's virtual hands, encourage each other, and empower each other.

I don't have to do it all by myself anymore.

I am now accountable to them and they are accountable to me and to each other.


Work – Life Balance

You see, being productive and efficient at work doesn’t have to be that tight and rigid, we can also have fun at the same time. And I think that’s very important.

I’m sure you’ve heard about the importance of ‘work-life balance’. And I’m sure you’ve heard about the importance of loving what you’re doing for it makes you more effective at work.


Business is growing And for the period that I am with them, we (my team members and I)

all witness together how the business is growing and it’s a great feeling to celebrate it with them.

Remember, a happy and inspired team member produces the best result.
