PREPARING FOR THE INTERVIEWPlan AheadHaving a plan in advance means you’ll be more relaxed for the actual interview. Map out your route to our office, research the company and role, print a couple copies of your resume, and submit or print an application to bring with you. And turn off your cell phone before walking in! Nothing ruins your hard work faster than an ill-timed call or text message.

Remember to Ask QuestionsGood questions are based in knowing what you’re talking about. Check out our website, social media channels, online reviews, and LinkedIn profiles of current employees to help prepare a couple of questions you want to ask us. You’re interviewing us as much as we are you.

Practice, Practice, PracticeBeing caught of guard by one or two interview questions is okay. Tripping over listing your strengths and weaknesses isn’t. Prepare answers to potential questions or practice with a friend or family member in the days leading up to the interview (Google can help you find potential questions).

Be EngagedTry to get a good night’s sleep before interview day. And pay attention to your body language. Slouching in your chair and folding your arms are bad. Sitting up, having a firm handshake, making eye contact, and speaking clearly are good.

Be yourself and put your best foot forward. Practice, practice, practice.Katrina, SalesColorado Springs, Colorado
