The menus shown in this brochure are examples of the types of dishes available, we are happy to discuss any bespoke requests you may have and can accommodate any type of requirement from drinks to canape receptions, buffets to formal dining. We are happy to provide any assistance with additional requirements you may have. Our chefs carefully select the finest seasonal ingredients.

Please note 24 hour’s notice is required for any cancellations. Failure to meet this deadline may result in part, or full cancellation charge.

We can provide all deliveries within the Pegasus Park, for all deliveries outside the park an extra costs may be charged.
