Dear Friends;
Our next Universal Worship and Healing Services will be Friday November 9 at 10 AM at my home. Our theme will be gratitude, and if you wish, you may bring a poem or story to share. Our service culminates in healing: together, with light and inspiration from the world's religions, we use visualization and prayer to bring healing energy to all beings, known and unknown, who are in need of healing.
Our worship and healing rituals were the inspiration of Hazrat Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan. I am right now feeling so much gratitude for Murshid's presence in my life, and for our beloved community of friends who are also drawn-in as bees to nectar.
If you would like to put a name on our healing list or have questions, p l e a se ca l l me a t 7 95 -9 250 .
I hope to see you at the Muslim-Jewish Peace Walk on Sunday November 11, 2012. It starts at 1:15 PM at the Islamic Center of Tucson (901 East First Street) and ends with dinner at Temple Emanu-EL (225 N. Country Club).

Dear Friends;
I hope you are enjoying the beginning of Fall!
This month as Ishwara and I will be in San Francisco for another session of Suluk West, we will not be holding a Suluk in Tucson class. In December due to the fullness of the season, we will not have one that month either.
Please see attached information about Pir Zia’s new book that is now available from Omega Press, and a “Save the date” announcement of the URS celebration for Pir-O-Murshid at The Abode this year. It will be a grand affair with Sufi Sheiks of various Orders in attendance as well as international musicians. Everyone is invited. More informa-tion will follow.
May your soul dance in ecstasy in the beauty of this embodiment that we share.
All love, Amira

Teahouse for the Soul
Sunday, November 4 - 10:00am to Noon
Ishwara’s house 4737 E. Cecelia Street just east of Swan between Broadway and 22nd Street
Phone 325-1854
In November Teahouse for the Soul will be led
by Angela. Here is her description:
“I will conduct a Healing Service with the
participation of Fravarti and Rafia. As a group we
will explore of the Healing Concentration and the
Healing Breaths, discuss the deeper meanings of
these practices, and read some wonderful
quotations about healing. If there is anyone in
need of healing, please ask them if we can add
their names to the healing list.”
In December, we will focus on the energy of the
feminine in Christianity. Qayyima will guide us in
describing our connections to the Marys in Jesus’
life, and Mehr Bakhsh will lead a concentration on
the Virgin of Guadalupe. We will celebrate the many
holidays of the season with special treats from
whichever traditions you wish to share.
In January there will be no Teahouse. Instead we
will have a New Years Day celebration at my home.
