The Great Escape Work Crew 2017 Lee University We are excited that you are considering spending a of your summer with us at Work Crew for The Great Escape Lee, and we are ready to partner with you as we seek to serve Jesus Christ and minister to middle school students. The Work Crew experience truly enriches those who willingly engage. Free Day On the final day of camp, we will be all together on campus for "Crud War”. Roles of college students include but are not limited to● All responsibilities of high school work crew● Leading morning bible study with high school work crew● May lead a guy/girl group time● May help with Program during the week

Note: Internship hours could be applied to this work.

The Great Escape Work Crew 2017 – Lee University

Work Crew Guidelines and Details

● Age Requirements :Must be entering into your freshman year of high school Note: We are looking for college students to be a part of a college Work Crew as

well. ● Cost : The total cost of your time at the Great Escape is $150.

o Included: room, board, and transportation costs while at the camp. o NOT included: your transportation to and from camp, personal

entertainment costs such as Wal-Mart runs, ice cream, movies etc. o All Work Crew must have his or her own medical/health insurance.

● Assignments : All Work Crew are expected to be at camp throughout the entire period of their Work Crew assignment (June 8-17). Arrangements for special situations must be made before camp.

● Work Crew Bosses : You will be managed by and report directly to Thad and Stennett Smith the 2017 Work Crew Bosses. We will be informing you each day of current information such as the schedule, tasks, meal times and curfew.

● Leaving Camp Property : Work Crew will not leave the camp property without the supervision of a Work Crew boss, director or another planning team member.

● Telephone use is restricted to non-working hours. Students’ cell phones are not permitted out of the living area, and may only be used during non-working hours.

The Work Crew bosses and director will have cell phones that they carry during working hours for emergencies.

● Forms/Release : If you are ACCEPTED to the Work Crew, all necessary forms and releases will be sent to you along with news of your acceptance. All forms/medical releases must be completed along with parental/guardian signatures before arrival for your Work Crew assignment.

● Visitors : Families are welcome to visit during your Work Crew assignment. However housing arrangements must be made outside of camp, since there will be no vacancies on campus. Meals may be available (for small fee) if advance reservations are made through the Work Crew Director.
