The tour lasts 8 hours.The Great Golden Circle is a compact tour that takes you within 8 hours to a number of remarkable and diverse locations in the South West of Iceland. If you're just going to Iceland, it should be.
In the geothermal area of Geysir we have the chance to observe the boiling hot spring Strokkur as it spouts steam up to 30m every 8 minutes.
The iconic Gullfoss waterfall, or "Golden Waterfall", is only a seven-minute drive from Geysir in the Hvítá glacier. Unique is its elegant and majestic form, in which the water of the rushing river falls in two steps into a 32 meter deep ravine.
The Þingvellir National Park is a place full of history, not only because of its location on the border between the North American continental plate and the Eurasian continental plate, but also as the meeting place of the Icelandic parliament since 930
Þingvellir tells stories of geographical and political efforts, compromises and ongoing evolution. 2004 was Þingvellir for its cultural value included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage.The tour also includes a visit to the volcanic crater lake Kerið, and the waterfall of Faxi.
