• BUT! Steve McCurry is a influence to a lot of professional and not professional photographers, too!

Style and major genre

Genre: Documentary Style: Mccurry is always trying to find

people with faces that tell a story. E.g. the girl with the green eyes (Sharbat Gula). You can see the fear and the sadness because of the war in Afghanistan in her eyes

Why did I choose those pictures? I think that all of those pictures show

that Mccurry sets the focus on the eyes of the object. The eyes always tell a story, emotions or the personality.
