For the purpose of this presentation:

• Put yourself in the shoes of a leader of a government, extremely large-scale farmer, or mad scientist.

Page 3: The Future of Agriculture: FUSION

What is it???

• THE FUSER

• Compact and extremely powerful Nuclear Fusion Reactor.

• The answer to future agricultural needs.

• It can power an entire city, make clean, drinkable water out of dirty, contaminated water, revitalize unfertile soils, and clean polluted air.

Page 4: The Future of Agriculture: FUSION

Compare:

• Current Nuclear Fusion Reactors are the size of a city block, and can only fuse two atoms at a time.

• THE FUSER is the size of a washing machine and can fuse millions of atoms at the same time- creating unlimited power.

Problems Plaguing the World:

• Green House Gas and Global Warming

• Limited Fresh, Clean Water Supply

• Food Supply for the Future

• Dead, Unfertile soils

• Nuclear Energy

Page 6: The Future of Agriculture: FUSION

Green House Gas and Global Warming

• Carbon dioxide and other air pollutants that are collecting in the atmosphere, act like a thickening blanket, trapping the sun's heat and causing the planet to warm up.

Page 7: The Future of Agriculture: FUSION

Limited Fresh, Clean Water Supply

• 75% of Earth is water, only a fraction of that is drinkable.

Page 8: The Future of Agriculture: FUSION

Food Supply for the Future

• Currently enough food for everyone in the world- 6.6 billion people.

• With population increases, this will not be the case in 100 years.

Page 9: The Future of Agriculture: FUSION

Dead, Unfertile soils

Soil in some of the most densely populated areas of Earth are not life-sustaining, due to war, soil sterilization from repeat crop planting, and drought.

Page 10: The Future of Agriculture: FUSION

Nuclear Energy

• Energy is in high demand, but nuclear energy is feared because fission reactions create dangerous nuclear waste.

Page 11: The Future of Agriculture: FUSION

How can THE FUSER help fix these problems?

• Power source.

• Reduce CO2 concentration in Earth’s atmosphere.

• Create new sources of drinking water.

• Reinforce the food supply.

• Soil revitalization.

Page 12: The Future of Agriculture: FUSION

Power Source

• TRUTH: Nuclear Fission is dangerous and creates unwanted waste.

• However, Nuclear Fusion, created by THE FUSER, combines atoms, creating no waste and an unlimited supply of power.

Page 13: The Future of Agriculture: FUSION

Air Problems

• THE FUSER will be used to power Metal-Organic Frameworks.

• The MOFs are semi-porous membranes that filter CO2 out of the atmosphere.

Page 14: The Future of Agriculture: FUSION

Drinking Water

• Currently, water is filtered thought a process known as Reverse Osmosis.

• With the Metal-organic frameworks, we can create new membranes that do not need to be replaced.

• THE FUSER can be used to create NEW water. Hydrogen and oxygen molecules can be fused to create the world’s first new water, eliminating the risk forever of running out of water.

Page 15: The Future of Agriculture: FUSION

Food Supply

• THE FUSER can power Food Replicators.

• They create food by mimicking existing food on the atomic level.

Page 16: The Future of Agriculture: FUSION

Soil Revitalization

• Formerly, the only way to bring dead soil back to life was to re-infuse it with new organic material. This process takes anywhere from 10 to 30 years.

• THE FUSER can power MOFs specially designed as microscopic life forms called “Nanites”.

• “Nanites” rejuvenate the existing organic material.

Page 17: The Future of Agriculture: FUSION

In Summation

• THE FUSER can save the world.

• It will bring the technology forward to supply power, clean and create drinking water, fulfill the world’s food needs, and revitalize food producing soils.
