Hand over hand stroke or one hand follow

the other; although contact with the patient

is lost as each hand is lifted, the other hand

follows to give the patient a feeling of contact

with the touch of the therapist.

With a clinched fist, it is alternate and

rhythmic dorsiflexion and plantarflexion
