SUMMARISING OUR FEEDBACKAfter showcasing our rough cut version to the class, we received feedback on what went well and what we could improve. Our main areas of concern is the sound of the trailer. Many people said that the overall soundscape didn't match the trailer or what was happening in the trailer. Some tips we were given was to add fade in's and out's to sound effects, to change the volume of our sound effects so they aren't so intense and to match our sound effects to the on screen action. Many of our audience also said that the titles were too fast and unclear to read. Changing the font may improve the readability of our trailer. Some praise we were given about our trailer included the clear genre that is shown through out. Our audience said that our mise en scene and cinematography was excellent in suiting the horror genre.
