The Disruptive DigitalIntervention [DDI] is a long-term sustainableinitiative to provide amotivating and encouragingenvironment for GovernmentHigh school students fromsocio-economicallymarginalized sections of thesociety in both, the Urbanand Rural areas ofTelangana by setting upDigital Labs. These labs willserve as a secondary sourceof learning for students,apart from the teachers,while taking them a stepcloser towards DigitalLiteracy.

HYSEA in partnership withGovernment of Telangana andNirmaan as the nodal NGOpartner, proposes to establishDigital Labs at Government HighSchools which have supportiveschool managements and goodstudents strength. The objectiveof the program is to provideComputer Education to thestudents of Government HighSchools so that the children willbe able to use the computers asthe secondary source of learningwhile teachers being the primarysource.
The Nodal NGO partner,Nirmaan Organization is aNodal NGO partner for the DDImission. NirmaanOrganization is a registeredNGO founded by students ofBITS Pilani in 2005 and worksin the areas of Education,Livelihoods and SocialLeadership across 6 States ofIndia partnering with 35+Corporate and Philanthropicpartners.

The DISRUPTIVE DIGITAL INTERVENTION ( DDI ) is a signature initiative of HYSEA, the main focus being bridging the digital divide in schools of Rural and Urban Telangana.
It has been observed that students from the Govt. High Schools miss on Technology and Computer based skills in turn missing on Employment opportunities in the future.
Thus, HYSEA in partnership with Government of Telangana and Nirmaan Organization proposes to establish Digital Labs at Government High Schools which have supportive school managements and good student strength.
THE OBJECTIVE of the program is to provide Computer Education to the students of Government High Schools so that the children are not just capable of using computers but also technology updated.
