The complex and radical transformations on the socio-politocal and economic level that have marked the evolution of the Moldovan society for the last few decades, also the dynamics of the political processes placed in a context of a complexity of factor relations; these determine the necessity for economical sciences studying the whole spectrum of the emergent issues, of the new social=political reality In the year of 2014 the Republic of Moldova of the last two decades indicates a walk on a difficult road of becoming, marked by the emergence of new principles and life standards. By disambiguation of ones own identity, by development of a competitive economy , by the fully exploitation of the country;s European option, by strengthening of the democracy. The history of relations between the Republic of Moldova and Eyurpean unin in the context of European integration option capitalization, officially becam a strategic priority in late 2002. The Republic of Moldova is a geopolitical and cultural-civilizationn one European country and therefore is a natural aspiration to be part of the united European family. European integration of the Republic of Moldova is a two-dimensional process involving the efforts and willingness on the part of both partners. Action to be taken by the republic of Moldova are much more varied and more extensive, it will not be accepted as but only when it meets the requirements of the community the more that the European Union, expire, will no longer be so generous is tired from recent extensions of the years 2004 and 2007, especialy in the terms of the difficulties cause by the economic crisis and the need for monetary and economic policies to be resized. Conceptualy: A serious obstacle to European integration is found in the mentality of politiciansm but also of an important segment of citizens, stereotypes that are exacerbated by geo-ecnomic factors, invoking the justification of abandoning the traditional markets in CIS.

Moldovas integration in the European Union involves benefits and costs by level and both national and sectorial character. The main categories of costs to be incurred are:1. Costs of adopting the political European Union rules.2. Adjustment costs and implementation of national legislation to the standards defined by EU rules and policies, most of them refer both the institutional and microeconomic level for compliance the provisions in the ares of the acquis communautaire.3. Moldova economic modernization costs. Most are locate in time beforce accession and target for social and economic development4. Costs from assuming the status of Eu member, paid aftter integration and involves contributions to the community budged.The benefits derived from achieving European Integration is:1. Modernization of the State and society, especially the matter than the ultimate goal, given that the provisions of the acquis communautaire, comprises more than thirty areas, in turn includes segmets smaller and more specific sector.2. Supplementation and diversification of financial ressources to carry out state policies and strengthening civil society through acces to structural and cohesion funds and participation in the EU institutions and programs.3. Freely circulation of citizens of rm in the member Eu, open more legal employment opportunities in the member community with developed economies, contributing to the development of small and medium business in RM, supplementing state budget and increasing the living standards of the people.We consider that for the Republic of Moldova and its citizens proves to be more convenient the integration into EU but also maintaining and strengthening the position at the traditional market fro mex soviet-states, through bilateral agreements, especially when the perspective markets are not capitalized.
