ClearIT interfaces with a number of accounting

packages including MYOB, Quickbooks and Optemiser allowing users to export sales out of the program.

ClearIT allows the user to allocate fees and charges easily at a number of levels. This includes setting a buyers premium, agent commission, advertising fees, credit card fees and many more. The System also handles buyers who buy, pay and then buy again providing the ultimate flexibly in your clearing sale. Refunds can also be provided by simply reversing a sale- this can be on a single or number of lots.

The detailed reporting system allows for up to date information about the sale during the sale process and also includes a number of other reports such as pre-sale catalogues, buyers invoices and post sale summaries.

Multiple WorkstationsClearIT can network to multiple computers for more efficient sale processing. This allows lot data to be entered whilst buyers are registering and people are checking off. This includes the ability to clerk the sale via a table if a wireless connection is available. Attach a printer and all reports can be run on site.

Fast Sale Data EntryBased on our Livestock Agent Software which allows sheep and cattle sales to be clerked as the sale progresses, the auctions grid in ClearIT allows a user to easily clerk a sale as it is processed or enter the data as the clerking sheets are handed in. Lots can be pre-entered or can be entered live as the sale is processed.

Fast PaymentClearIT’s check-off screen handles buyer payments with ease and can

process multiple payment types at the sale including cash, credit, cheque and others. Fees can be simply applied against credit cards by simply clicking the ‘apply fee’ button. GST can also be applied at a lot level to account for GST inclusive and exclusive chattels.

Enhanced ReportingA wide range of reports with extensive detail are available through the ClearIT software. This includes pre- post- and during sale reports. Pre-sale catalogues can be generated prior to the sale, the sale reconciliation report allows the user to keep track of where they are at any stage in the sale.

Temporary ClientsTemporary clients or cash clients as they are sometimes known allows buyer to be entered quickly with minimal details as the sale is processed. Registered buyers details do not need to be entered until later in the sale, their buyer number can be entered directly into the lots screen as the sale progresses creating a temporary client. This means that valuable time is not wasted entering buyers who do not purchase. It also stops the client database from becoming full of buyers who may never purchase again. Registered buyers details can be entered if required during the checkoff process. For purchases over $1000, it is mandatory to enter a buyers details for tax purposes.
