Group Tuition ProgrammeAll tuition is based on a rolling programme - new joiners can start at any time.Lessons take place on various grounds including the floodlit driving range, short game area, putting green, and the golf course. The golf centre has an Academy Course with its own scorecard set out on the first nine holes (blue tees) to help beginners progress from lessons to the full course. All lessons end in a skill test and students of all levels will have opportunities to play on the course. Normal membership or green fees apply to access the Academy course.

About Cheshunt Park Golf CentreCheshunt Park Golf Centre is a well maintained, mature parkland 18-hole championship par 71 course with a 9 bay floodlit driving range, practice and putting greens. Set within the award-winning Cheshunt Park on the edge of Broxbourne Woods, the clubhouse is located just off the A10 in the Borough of Broxbourne. The club house has ample free parking and easy access to two bars in the recently refurbished licensed restaurant, The Place, as well as a shop and repair centre. The club is a popular destination for visiting golf societies. Members and casual players are welcome.

Hi,

My name is Charlie Luther and I am the new PGA Head Professional at Cheshunt Park Golf Centre.

I have been a PGA professional for 7 years and after a brief playing career where I won multiple pro-ams on the PGA East region, I decided to focus my attention on my passion, teaching golf.

Over the years I have enjoyed teaching golfers of all levels - from those just starting out to elite amateurs and professionals, with my main focus being the development of junior golf.

With the help of all of the staff at Cheshunt Park Golf Centre I will be looking to develop The Academy into a fun environment for golfers to enjoy.

Alongside The Academy I will be introducing a new programme for junior golfers. The programme is designed to teach children in a fun and structured way, as they work through a number of levels, earning different coloured awards as they progress.

In addition to the junior golf programme I will be running regular individual lessons and beginner and ladies group sessions. So If you’re interested in learning to play golf, or already play and simply want a great facility to work on your game, please pop in and say hello!
