The Capital Club Hosts 22nd Annual Summer Sinatra Soiree

Introduction

The Capital Club hosted the 22nd Annual Sinatra Soiree from July 17-18 at The National Building Museum in Washington, D.C. The event featured cocktails, desserts, light appetizers, and live entertainment from the Radio King Orchestra. The Sinatra Soiree typically attracts over 1,000 people every year.

The organization’s next event is its annual holiday celebration, the 23rd Annual Santa Soiree, which will be held at the City Tavern Club in Washington, D.C., on Dec. 13.

The Capital Club

Established in 1980, The Capital Club began as primarily a social organization that has become a national entity over the course of the last three decades. The Capital Club hosts popular events, such as the Santa Soiree and the Sinatra Soiree, which are both well attended. The invitation-only club has 100 members from the Washington, D.C., area and beyond. A nonprofit, 501(c) organization, The Capital Club is a longtime supporter of national and local charities, as well as community causes, such as the Trey Lefler Memorial Scholarship Fund at the University of the South.
