effective products in the BOMBAL® brand to

EMULSIFIERS

PRALLO® products cover a range of highly

effective protein products, gelling agents and

thickeners for use as additives in food manu-

VAN HEES provides a selection of top-quality

brine additives under the SCHINKO® brand for

manufacturing premium cooked-cured meat

products. Products from the SCHINKO® range

give you a number of benefits in terms of shelf

life, production safety, flavour, and texture as

VAN HEES emulsifiers and gelling agents under

the LEMAL® brand control fine fat distri-

bution in cooked sausage production, giving

you a creamy texture and improved sprea-

ding qualities in the final product. Specialized

LEMAL® products work very efficiently to

manufacture stable fat and water emulsions,

as well as meat and fat replacement products.

The new factory in Wuppertal is the first plant
