What super events and support from our communities! Also, we are deeply appreciative of grant support from our local funders as this funding and donations from individuals is critical for Crossroads to be able to continue fulfilling our mission. Major highlights and accomplishments from the past year include: Provided comprehensive Case Management to 65 individuals Provided Life Skills Training to 12 individuals 13 persons served were working; 12 persons served were in school or training; 5 individuals were volunteering in the community; 12 individuals moved to safer, more stable housing; 7 received home modifications or assistive technology to make their residence safe and accessible; 8 individuals received assistive devices or technology to help them with organization, planning and communication A donation to Crossroads to Brain Injury Recovery makes a real difference in the lives of persons served by Crossroads.
