Football and
Basketball!
A huge WELL DONE to both teams!
As part of art club, students are fundraising to achieve £800 to be able to buy a large Wild in Art sculpture that we can have on display in the school. Collectively students have developed ideas for a PRIDE 'book bench', with Fatmata Jalloh writing a poem the designs will be based on.
This week's event was a cake sale to kick off the fundraising. Mrs Stafford is proud of these students dedication to creating some tasty treats, well done Art Club!

Well done to our Year 8 football team who played against President Kennedy on Monday 10 October and won 3 - 1. Our Year 11 Basketball team also won against Grace Academy 28-24.

An important part of PRIDE is being Prepared for learning. We expect all students to have their TRIO, every day. The TRIO consists of: 1. Pencil case containing (at least) 2 pens, 2 pencils, ruler, rubber and scientific calculator; 2. School Planner in order to record homework and lesson reminders (students receive a new one each term), and a 3. Pocket English Dictionary
Half Term Break
We break up for half term on
Friday 21st October at 3:15pm and
start back on Monday 31st October
at 08:40am prompt.
Gates will open at 8.00am for
Breakfast Club. All students must
be in full uniform with a suitable
sized bag and their TRIO.

Each week there is a
Tutor competition for
the best attendance

weekly assembly.
