Important information for teachers The Zoo is now a Zoo Based Conservation Organisation. Our mission is to ‘Fight Extinction,’ you and your students can join that fight by becoming a Fighting Extinction School. zoo.org.au/get-involved All of our Education for Conservation programs are developed and delivered by qualified teachers. They provide opportunities for role play, parallel play and exploration and can be used to spark discussion and learning. We have a mobile First Aid Officer on site. If you or any of your students are hurt just ask any staff member to radio our First Aid Officer and they will come to you.
