WHAT IS CO-TEACHING?

An approach to program delivery where two or more professionals within the same environment share the responsibilities of planning, instructing, and evaluating.

(Ex. GT, Special Educators, Paraprofessionals, Reading/Math Support Teachers, ESOL, Speech Pathologist, etc.)

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING A CO-TAUGHT SETTING?

OFFICE ISSUES

Absent notes (a must) Late Arrival 9:25 If late, students must be signed in at the office

and they will get a pass (Please do not use side doors).

HOMEWORK SCHEDULE AND POLICY

Students have spelling and math homework Monday through Thursday.

Spelling will not be given if there is only a three day week.

If a student does not hand in their homework, they will receive a slip to be signed by the parent.

They will need to return the slip and completed homework by the next day
