The University of Miami Culture Shaping Journey

ListenFaculty and staff participate in surveys and focus groups. More thank 2,500 faculty and staff share their feedback about their UM experience.

UM Leaders embark on culture shaping journey to systematically shape the culture. The culture leadership team is established to lead the effort.

UnderstandSurvey results reflect key areas of focus: leadership effectiveness, service excellence, and effective communications.

DefineThe University’s common purpose and values are defined to serve as a guidebook for our daily interactions, conversations and actions.

WorkWork teams launched to address: leadership effectiveness, recruitment and retention, training, care, and service.

Leadership Forum 2Key groups
