From the Anhui province of China. Character-

ized as the “Burgundy of Teas” this varietal is

From the Uji district of Honshu near Kyoto,

long jing west lake green tea

From Hangzhou, West Lake region of

Zhejiang province, China. Masterfully hand-

shaped while pan-fired, the leaves are fold-

istic sword-like shape. Soft, floral fragrance

suggest freshly cut grass with notes of

toasted chestnuts.
