TERMS AND CONDITIONS...The above packages are valid for bookings made now and 30 March 2017. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.Additional guests outside of the pre­agreed numbers shall be chargeable. For reception dinner, it is considered mandatory forthe food and beverage arrangements as well as food and beverage services to be provided by the resort. No outside food is tobe brought into the hotel by the client without the resort’s consent. The final guarantee number of guests for the reception dinner should be at minimum the same as the total number of attendeesfor the wedding ceremony, to be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. The number of guests guaranteed 30 days prior tothe event will be billed accordingly even if the final number of guests falls short on the date of the function. Any additional guestsattending your event will be charged accordingly Deposit requirements:First deposit of 50% pf the confirmed package is required to guarantee the space. A letter of agreement will be issued by AlilaSeminyak Bali within 48 hours of the event confirmation. Balance payment for all the confirmed arrangements will be required30 days (01 month) prior to the date of the event. Cancellation Policy:In the event of cancellation, following charges will apply:­ Less than 180 days ­50% of the estimated total amount or non­refundable deposit.­ Less than 120 days – 75% of the estimated total amount.­ Less than 90 days – 100% of the estimated total amount. Performance:The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to natural causes, government authorities, disaster or otheremergencies, any of which may make it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities and/or services for the events or toaccommodate the group. In the event of force majeure, any deposit that has been paid is not reimbursable. This agreement maybe terminated for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other without liability. This proposal is provided for preliminary planning only. No rooms or venues have been reserved at this point of time. Space issubject to resorts availability upon receiving your written confirmation. Letter of agreement will be generated and an initialdeposit is required to reserve the accommodation. Details of arrangement, payment schedule, terms and conditions will beoutlined on the Letter of Agreement, which will be sent after receiving your written confirmation.
