• Planning a TETRA networks differs considerably, for a varietyof reasons (critical communications, reliability) from cellularplanning processes.
• TETRA cells are generally much larger than cellular cells andusers requirements (voice and data) are widely different andimpact the way the TETRA network must be dimensioned.
