This sport is fun and helps in developing self confidence. It teaches mutual respect, self discipline, self defence, personal safety and increases overall physical fitness. Tae Kwon-Do is taught in many private and public schools through Sydney. Classes are designed for all ages and fitness levels, children are welcome from 6 years of age. We teach how to avoid issues of confrontation and discrimination. Grand Master Suh, a ninth Dan Black belt, has over 40 years of training experience and is one of the worlds top exponents in this sport.

WANTED: Used baby clothes: 0000 – 12 months

Foster babies in short term care can arrive with nothing but what they are wearing.

No nappies, no formula, no equipment; and DOCS provides little compensation for those expenses to the devoted people who offer to take these babies into their home

and care for them like their own. A good friend of mine does just this, and when the permanent foster home is found for

the baby, she bundles all the clothes she has bought for the bub into a suitcase for the new foster parents.

Then she starts all over again.

Jackeroo Ranch

Horse Riding School Holiday Riding Camps

Jackeroo Ranch (established 46 years) and recently relocated to Bingletree Station at Upper

Turon, are again running their popular horse riding camps.

Pre Xmas Camp

Anytime from Sat 5th December til Wednesday 23rd December

January 2010 Camps

Saturday 2nd January to 9th January (morning arrival)

Saturdayt 9th January to 17th January (afternoon arrival)

These camps are for 6 to 16 years old. Five to six hours per day are devoted to horse activities.

Previous experience is not necessary as beginners to advanced riders are catered for.
