Abstract:

The Proofer Temperature & Humidity Controller is an intelligent system designed to accurately control and monitor the

temperature and humidity within a proof-box. State-of-the-art detection and control devices provide for reliable and

repeatable performance. Motorized valves with predetermined connection fittings provide ease-of-installation, while

programmable startup and shutdown auto-modes offer ease-of-operation. A fully comprehensive user manual details
