Diagnosis

Doctors use two main skills to diagnose most common medical

conditions: looking and listening.

Through Telemed, each Doctor will determine if a focused or more

comprehensive medical history needs to be performed.

Doctors get access to the electronic Health records of a Patient via the

Mobile application platform or the Desktop App. The Doctor will also

perform a remote physical examination to ensure that Patient visit

Patient Home from the CRM gives Doctors access to Patient records in various levels such as Second

opinions, Health vitals, Graphs and Medical Summary


Doctors may use their app to write SOAP

notes post the Video consulting session.

This is the Doctors plan for the patient

based on the problems he has identified.

Develop a diagnostic and treatment plan

for each differential diagnosis. The

diagnostic plan may include tests,

procedures, other laboratory studies,

consultations, etc. The treatment plan

should include: patient education,

pharmacotherapy if any, other

therapeutic procedures.

The Dr. must also address plans for

follow-up (next scheduled visit, etc.)

Second opinion Reports Medical outcomes and comparative data are usually communicated in tables. Medical Second opinion covers data from EHRs, Vitals, Summary of Doctor Visits, prescriptions. Such a presentation supports the performance of individual health metrics and will be useful for a Doctor who wants to assess the medical situation of the Patient before he gets in to the treatment mode.
