COAL HANDLING and PREPARATION PLANT - LIDDELL Client: DOWNER EDI Mining Process Engineering Pty Limited PO Box2527 GREENHILLS NSW 2323 Contact: Ian Morris (02 49 379 900; 0402 990 245) Project: Supply, fabrication, surface preparation, painting and delivery of the structural steel for a portal building consisting of four floors. 610UB125 columns; predominately 310UB, 360UB, 410UB, 460UB and 530UB with selected 700WB130, 800WB146, 1000WB215 and 1200WB249 floor beams; 460UB67 rafters and 250UB37 roof strut and eaves beams; and 200PFC stair stringers. Total Mass: 500plus Tonnes. Paint: Abrasive blast clean to class 2.5 and apply 75um Interzinc 42 plus 125um Interguard 475 or Intercure 420 of colour Y34 Cream plus Interfine 629 of colour Y34 Cream. Delivery Program: Commenced 23rd Oct 07 with a progressive delivery sequence from 7th Dec 07 to 30th Jan 08. Quality Assurance: Complete issue of ITP's tracking both material mill certificates, NDT's of welds, welder qualifications, dimensional checks, surface preparation checks, record of paint used, paint thickness and application ambient conditions.
