Those who have 800+ score has great skill of Reading/Listening to English.
However, 90% of them are considered not to be able to speak English.
PROBLEM to tackle
I have no opportunity

Moreover, it’s too costly to go to private Englishschool or to study abroad.

He dedicated himself to speech and studied at University of Washington. He has a strong passion for stretching the possibilities in Japan.

He studied at Singapore Management University. He strongly felt diversity and potential of Singapore and plans to work there.
He experienced microfinance operation in Ghana and felt that the happiness lies in basic aspects of life. He has a goal of “improving lives of 1 billion people in Africa.”
