Technical Requirements

• Home Base is expected to deliver all of its functionality through a web browser.  It is expected to run well on major HTML5-compatible browsers on the current release and past two releases and require no additional browser helpers or plugins for full accessibility and functionality.

• These browsers shall include but not be limited to the following list:  Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.  In addition, the IIS is expected to run well on a wide variety of mainstream hardware platforms that use the aforementioned browser technologies.

• These hardware platforms shall include but not be limited to Microsoft Windows and Mac OS desktops, laptops and netbooks, Apple iOS devices, Chrome OS devices, Android devices, as well as other tablets, smart phones, and eReaders.
