WebCTRL® – Automated Logic’s building management software is the technology backbone of our business. WebCTRL® is a mature product installed in over one hundred sites in Sydney and in hundreds of more sites throughout Australia. Introduced in 1998, WebCTRL® was the first web-based automation system. It includes a suite of powerful tools for handling any size building and facilitates controls with secure, real-time access from a standard internal or remote web-browser.

WebCTRL®’s capabilities include:

Time-lapse Graphics™ – A revolutionary new feature within WebCTRL® that allows operators to roll back time, up to a 24-hour slice, and play back hours of real-time data in just minutes. This innovative feature provides a quick, visual indication of any problem areas and gives facility managers a strong diagnostic tool to quickly identify and correct issues that impact energy efficiency and comfort.

Environmental Index™ (EI) – A single number evaluation of indoor air quality, with drill down capability to evaluate the

performance of a single zone through to the whole building. The Environmental Index™ gives a single graphical meter indicating how well a building, or section of a building, is maintaining comfort conditions. EI takes into account temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels.

High Level Interfaces (HLIs) – Automated Logic has several hardware platforms for connecting to a wide range of intelligent systems. Using different ALC LGR components allows connection to BACnet, Modbus, Lon, and hundreds of other interfaces. Typically, Logical Group will connect to over ten different systems on any major project. Common interfaces are VSDs, chillers, lighting systems, UPS, fire systems, security access control systems, and VRV air conditioning systems.

Metering – Monitoring alarming, energy and water consumption and automatic responses.

automation systems. Automated Logic was an early implementer of BACnet and has implemented BACnet at every level of the WebCTRL® BMS. This gives WebCTRL® the capability to intercommunicate with other BMS systems and can facilitate high level interfaces (HLIs) to a wide range of systems.

Energy Reports™ (ER) – Energy Reports is a tool that provides trending and graphing of energy consumption. Using colour graphs, Energy Reports™ allows users to compare energy consumption or demand over different periods with simple drop-down menus and calendar control options. This gives facility managers a powerful tool to minimise energy consumption, maximise comfort, and achieve sustainable building operations.

BUMP® – Building Utilities Monitoring is a web-based after hours air conditioning system that allows tenants and building managers to book and track after hours air conditioning usage outside of the BMS system.

Control Spec Builder – An online non-proprietary tool for anyone to write their own specification. Using a question and answer approach, Control Spec Builder will develop a complete points list, specification, and control schematics.
