** Bed The bed has symmetrical structure horizontally. There is a combination

of circular ribs and radial ribs that can withstand axial direction and

radial direction load applied to thrust ball bearing and center post. In

addition to that, thick panels on top and bottom prevent deformation or

vibration. Joining radial ribs and placing triangular ribs from the center

significantly increase static rigidity and dynamic rigidity.

** TABLE

Casting (GC300) material and its sufficient thickness provide high

rigidity. Boring-Mill chuck type is used as standard.

It is driven by the spindle motor in the back of bed. Power generated by

the motor is transmitted through V-belt. After reducing gear ratio and

making high/low 2-speed shift at 2-speed gear box made by Z.F. in the

lower part of the motor, master gear is driven through V-belt to turn the

table.

Table RPM : 1~250 RPM

Table torque : 20,269 Nm

Max. loading of workpiece : 10,000 kg.

** COLUMN Precisely processed column is tightly attached to bed surface and is

securely fixed with bolt and horizontal pin. As a box type, the column

section was designed symmetrically against the bed center.

W-axis slideway is rigid box guide way construction with cast iron and

turcite

** CROSS RAIL

Sufficient height and width of the cross rail provides high rigidity to

prevent deformation due to the feed of ram head. Especially, linear

bearing slideway of X-axis slideway is composed of induction hardened

steel plate.

** Saddle The saddle consists of front saddle and rear saddle. The front saddle is

inserted into ram head slideway to form z-axis and the rear saddle is

inserted into cross rail slideway to from x-axis.

** Balancing Device Ram head is counter-balanced by the hydraulic cylinder assembled in

the saddle. During power outage, it prevents the electronic break

attached to z-axis servo motor and the pilot check valve on hydraulic

circuit from being dropped.

operation is located in the upper

portion of ram.

** Tool-Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) Tools for this equipment are changed automatically by the feed of ram

head. After the ram head traverses to tool change position (x-axis)

located on the right of the bed, the ram traverses along z-axis and

automatically changes the tool holder loaded in the ram.

** Hydraulic Unit Basic pressure at 60 bar, it’s used

where applicable such as

counterbalance cylinder, attachment

etc.

quick supply as well as compact

design.

** X-axis Guideway Protect

Cover Special made slide cover which

provides the precision ground

slideway with protection from chips,

coolant, dust, etc. and it also absorbs

impacts from outside.

** Alarm Display Light Equipped at the upper part of the

operating panel. Displays in real time

the status of the machine such as

suspended, operating, finished

operating, ready, etc., using 3 colors,

allowing the operator to see and

maximize the machine’s operating

efficiency.

** Work Light Mounted on both sides of the table

to assure pleasant operating

environment and clear view during

operation. Wiring cables are located

underneath, safe from coolant or any

other foreign substances. Gaskets

are used at both ends to prevent

flooding and it has a form of

transparent tube. It has a compact

design with outer diameter at 70mm

and built in ballast.

** Transformer (220V/60Hz) Transforms the 380V~440V power

from outside to 220V/60Hz 80KVA.

Installed in a separate area.

** Auto Power-off System This function is used to shut off power automatically after

unmanned operation is done. This function is set by pressing the

button during operation. This function is not operated properly if an

emergency stop or alarm occurs during unmanned operation. This

function is turned off by pressing the button again.

** Scale Feedback system

(X, Z-Axis) Utilizing X, Z-Axis scales,

positioning accuracy can be improved
