Coaching philosophy

Coaching PhilosophyI believe solid character is essential to athletic excellence and must be demonstrated by the athletes and the coaching staff. All programs must be athlete centered, coach driven, and delivered in a team environment. The foundation for success rests in consistency and continuity of our core programs.

I believe in leadership through empowerment. It is my obligation to conduct quality programs each and every day, and do develop athletes as role models who are tough minded and committed to sound principles. As an elite coach, I lead my teams with a sense of pride wrapped in humility. I understand that the athletes must enjoy the process, and that teamwork is powerful, even in an individual sport.I will provide an quality of resources with an understanding of reciprocity. You will get out what you put in.

ExpectationsThink. Do the right thing.Push yourself. Pull your teammates. Become better by helping those around you to be better.Plan. Prepare. Prosper. Communicate. Be proactive. Eliminate negativity. Give 100 percent in everything you do.Be honest.
