Lakeview Trails is the Ranch’s largest residential neighborhood with 734 home sites. Taylor Morrison, Richmond American, Blanford, Taylor Woodrow and Ashton Woods all built in this community from 2008 to 2016. No other Ranch residents have such direct access to the Town Center as those living in Lakeview Trails, thanks to the extensive greenbelt and trail system that runs throughout the neighborhood.

DESERT PLACEThis is a new construction community. Pulte Homes, Lennar and Ashton Woods are all building in this community and while this community is located in Mesa the kids are in the Gilbert School District. Since the community is located in Mesa, there is no reclaimed water for landscape irrigation; however, the community does offer all the same landscape, recreation and urban design concepts typical of Morrison Ranch projects, just less grass.

These are beautiful homes ranging from $288,000 to $411,000 with sizes ranging from 2,000 to 3,758 square foot. Builders are selling out very quickly in Desert Place.

ELLIOT GROVESThis is also a new construction community in which Taylor Morrison and Ashton Woods are building. Homes in this neighborhood start at $283,000 and go up to $467,990 with square footage ranging from 1,574 to 4,541. Homes are selling quick in this great new neighborhood.

WARNER GROVESMaracay, Ashton Woods, and Fulton are building some big beautiful homes in this community, I mean some really big homes. The smallest home in this community is 1,637 square feet and all sizes up to 5,728 square feet are available. Pricing begins $307,000 and goes up to $610,990.
