Notation : (1) All department staffs will send the examination questions to the Coordinator. The Coordinator will collect, make the test and send grade to the head of the department and then will present to the board of director and board of the department. (2) 9th Juntendo University in collaboration with 16th Mae Fah Luang University annual research conference in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (8th – 9th Sep 2017) will have the questions on the cosmetic surgery and Dermatology Research Journal Seminar (2001706) (3) Please do the work as assigned. Score rating comes from the job assignments. (4 ) Ms in Dermatology students will rotate and study Dermatologic clinic I&III , at Bangpai hospital by the arrangement of the chief Student.




(5) Students who attend the elective study at Tokyo or Kagoshima, please keep all good manners such as dressing, talking politely and be strictly on time. When you stay in dormitory, you must obey the rules of the dormitory. Don’t talk and laugh too loud, please behave and keep modesty. All must try to keep the reputation of Mae Fah Luang University for the benefit of the younger generation. (6) The students need to attend the class at least 80%, otherwise you will have no right for the examination. In case of taking sick leave or absence, SAARM need the letter of sick leave or document showing the reason for your absence. (7 ) The score of Dermatologic clinic 1, 3 comes from Oral examination , spot diagnosis, job assignments, attending OPD at Bangpai hospital , Music Therapy workshop for Dermatologist on each Friday and MFU hospital (8) Music Therapy workshop for Dermatologist on each Friday, each student should rotate to attend this workshop at least 3 times per 1 semester.

(9) Ms. Dermatology students must be strictly on time for the OPD. (10) Medical students who come for elective study at MFU will be under the responsibilities of Aj. Wipapen.
