The hotel is already functioning as an operational event and function venue. Visit Scotland have identified the Taymouth Castle Estate as one of only 3 historic castles in Scotland that is capable of hosting events for more than 50 guests or delegates at one time. Bookings and enquiries for functions at the estate have been increasing steadily since the Castle opened and already the venue has hosted a supercar events and a wedding for 150 guests attended by many celebrities. A number of weddings and events are booked for the venue in 2016.

To operate and manage a 5 star hotel and function facility of this stature, the management for the hotel requires international experience and capability in the 5 star luxury segment of thehotel industry.

The hotel operator has been selected to offer management and operation to an international standard, befitting the Estates position as a world class 5* luxury hotel destination.

Increasing Scottish Luxury Hotel Demand

The market for luxury international and domestic breaks in Scotland is excellent. The Taymouth Castle Hotel will be a welcome addition to Perthshire’s luxury Hotel market. The Group behind the development of the Taymouth Estate have

considerable experience in the development of Luxury Resorts and

Having particular experience in the complexities of developing sites

of historic importance, they now have a working blue print of success

to deliver projects to the exacting standards that internationally

renowned 5 star operators would expect. Having developed the 5

Star Sandals Grande St Lucian, Pigeon Point St Lucia and the 5 star

Four Seasons Hampshire Resort in South East England, the Group

has more recently been involved in luxury residential development

with the restoration and construction of Moor Park, Farnham Surrey.

With the group’s considerable experience and achievements their

focus is now to deliver the Taymouth Castle Estate. This will become

the Jewel in the Crown of their portfolio of past projects and is certainly

the most historically important project they have bought to fruition

to date.

With over £20million spent to date on restorations to the Castle and

Estate, plans are on target to open the Hotel fully in 2017 with Luxury

residences to then follow.

PURCHASE PROCESS

Purchasing property within the Taymouth Castle Estate Hotel is an easy, transparent and simple process. Once you have learnt more about the estate and covered any questions you may have, your consultant can provide the available suite options and establish what ownerships suits your budget be it through fractions or whole suite ownership.

The transaction to purchase can be conducted and completed over the phone and via written correspondence. In the event that you feel a viewing and visit to the Estates location is required appoint-ments can be arranged. Upon arrival at Edinburgh airport a compli-mentary transfers will be provided. In the event that you would like to arrange a viewing at the estate, please contact your consultant.

On the legal completion of the purchase process returns will begin to accrue and be paid directly to your nominated bank account. During the fixed return period payments are made quarterly in arrears in January, April, July and October. Your first payment will be due in the quarter following completion.

As an owner at the Taymouth Castle Hotel clients will be part of a private membership club offering a range of unique opportunities and discounted services at the hotel, combined with physical property ownership with ongoing rental income and usage options.

Once you have established the budget for your purchase your consultant will verbally confirm your unit allocation. At this stage a reservation form is required to secure yourproperty. For fractional ownership a reservation payment of £500 per fraction is required. Full suite reservations require a reservation payment of £1,000.

The estates legal advisor will provide the contractual paperwork for the ownership based on your reservation for your review and confirmation.

Within 28 days from your initial reservation you will either complete on the purchase in the case of fractions, or exchange on your whole suite. Once you have completed on the transaction your fixed return period will begin.

Fractional

Purchasing property via fractional ownership enables clients to own in

Taymouth Castle with flexibility on the capital outlay required. The Taymouth

have asset security from ownership of part of the property through
