Today is Wednesday, April 18, 2018 Students, please remember that you must log onto your student portal on Skyward to complete your registration. The deadline to complete your selections is Thursday. Counselors will be available this week during lunches in the cafeteria this week for any assistance or questions. The THS Theatre Program will present its Broadway Musical Review performance this Thursday in the THS Auditorium at 6:00 PM. Admission is free to this event. Come and here some of our very own talented theatre students sing songs from some of your favorite Broadway shows! Are you singer? Is performing something you love do? SENIORS, Award Night is May 1st. If you have received any institutional scholarships and would like to be recognized at the ceremony, please see Mrs. Paulling or Mrs. Croker before April 23rd.

Any senior who is planning to enlist in the Armed Forces after graduation, please see Mrs. Paulling or Mrs. Croker before April 23rd. We’d like to recognize you at the ceremony as well.

TAVARES HIGH SCHOOLDAILY BULLETIN

Senior Checklists will go out during Senior Week. Final transcript requests can be made on that form. They will be due May 4th. All seniors must complete a checklist to be cleared for graduation.

Lake Sumter State College is offering a free four day summer bridge program for graduating seniors interested in a Bachelor’s program with a STEM Major.Applications can be done on line at LSCC.EDU/STEM . See Mrs. Croker for more information.

1999 - Wayne Gretzky (New York Rangers) played his final game in the NHL. He retired as the NHL's all-time leading scorer and holder of 61 individual records.
