About our pizzaAt Woodfire we make our pizza the real Napoletana way!

What does that mean?

It means we only use Italian made 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes that grow on the sides of the Vesuvius volcano above Naples and fresh Fior di latte mozzarella cheese

The pizza is then cooked in our wood fired oven at 500 degrees for a maximum of 90 seconds. The crust will be thick and fluffy and the centre thin and always a bit wetter and only lightly topped.
