Regarding Option 3 Flag Change, Radio Survey and VDR APT A) The ANYTIME rate of USD$4,155.00 applies to vessels having VDRs made by JRC, Furuno, Netwave or Danelec. The ANYTIME rate of USD$4,655.00 applies to vessels having VDRs made by Sperry, Maris, Highlander, Kelvin Hughes, Samsung, AMI, Intershalt, AVECs or Broadgate. B) Dockside attendance only, additional charges for offshore attendance cannot be quoted or properly estimated. C) Not all VDRs are supported in every office, and additional travel charges would apply for techs to attend from different offices. Regarding attendance preparation. Detailed vessel equipment information must be received by the attending Mackay office 72 hours before attendance to ensure that proper programming software and hardware can be obtained.
