The American Medical Professionals Foundation (TAPRO) is a nonprofit, nonpolitical organization of medical professionals. TAPRO

offers educational, scientific, and social activities, and promotes collaborations among medical institutions.

About TAPRO

educational activitiesInclude continuous medical education (CME) lectures, conferences, and seminars for healthcare providers. TAPRO also hosts annual social events such as the Doctors’ Day celebration and Friendship Dinners for Medical Professionals. Common health topics such as childhood allergies and asthma, cancer and risk factors, and heart disease prevention are some of the topics discussed at TAPRO’s previous public awareness seminars.

What We do?

We organize bi-monthly speeches by faculty members

for the general public on common health problems,

quarterly seminars for health care providers, and annual

summits for healthcare professionals.

We host social activities, such

as friendship dinners to improve

communication among medical

professionals.

In this respect, Mr. Walterman, CEO of a countrywide health system ‘Memorial Hermann’, gave a tremendous talk on current health system in US. In addition, well recognized academician physicians, Dr. Kurtulus Ozdemir, Dr. Hasibe Artac, and Dr. Mehmet Artac gave talks about Cardiac Diseases Prevention, Childhood Allergic

Diseases, and Cancer and Risk Factors.

TAPRO organizes conferences for both medical professionals and the public since 2012. Ultimate goal of these publicly open meetings is to meet the pioneers of health system, academicians, physicians, CEOs

etc.., with each other and the community.

Dear Friends,

“The most valuable thing within the universe is life. The most valuable mission is to serve to life.” As medical professionals, we have a unique role in society, which also comes with unique responsibilities. We all try to do our best while caring for our patients in hospitals and clinics. However, our duties do not end there.

I am very honored to have an opportunity to lead a group of medical professionals who dedicated to the same goal with enormous compassion. TAPRO is founded by a group of medical professionals to serve more to the society. Providing additional platforms and more opportunities to medical professionals who want to gather around the same table to come

up with new ideas for the benefit of general public is one of TAPRO’s essential priorities. Like all other society based volunteer organizations, those efforts will be more efficient and contributory to the community as much as medical professionals join and support the events, educational activities and the projects of TAPRO.
