Hello folks! It's that time of year again, time for New Year's Resolutions.

What are your New Year's Resolutions and why? It's time to start thinking about your 2015 resolutions.

Make this the year you achieve your goals.

it's easy to give up on achieving resolutions because maybe you have convinced yourself you can't change so, what's the secret to keeping your new years resolutions?

Here is one of the most common resolutions:

1) #Lose weight. It's Christmas that time of year when we indulge on our favourite foods and high calorie beverages - consequently we all gain a few kilos. If you hope to lose weight in the new year, you are not alone. This is one of the most common new year's resolutions.

Here are some ideas and tips that can help you achieve your goals in 2015.

1) Focus on realistic goals.

Setting 20 or more goals may leave you feeling overwhelmed, it may seem counter-intuitive to start small but remember you want success not failure. It's important to make sure your goals are realistic and attainable.

2)“Don't wait until the new year to start your New Year's Resolution.”

Why wait until the 1st to start something you want to achieve? Start now and get a head start on your goals.
