For more information,please see: http://us.fujitsu.com/telecom. We are looking for a Co-Op to join our Human Resources Talent Acquisition team for the spring of 2016. This position can be full-time orpart time (minimum of 16 hours per week). This person will receive exposure to all areas of Talent Acquisition – University Relations,experienced recruiting, systems implementation, and employment branding. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Coordinating Campus events

Management of recruitment collateralScheduling of onsite interviewsCandidate sourcing and screeningApplicant tracking system implementation

Assisting with applicant tracking system updates and upgradesEmployment Branding – collateral and web sitesPolicy ReviewProcess Review

Summer Intern Program preparationTalent Acquisition Metrics

Qualifications Qualifications:

Currently in sophomore year (or later) and pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or Business AdministrationGPA of 3.25 or higherAbility to multi-task and prioritize assignments

Advanced skills in MS-Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skills
