General Information










The construction of Grampanchayat Maan office has been carried from Gram Panchayat funds. This

office is facilitates with Entrance hall, Gram Panchayat Post office, CSC centre, CIT centre, Sangram

Hall, Gramsabha Hall, Conference hall, etc





IT engineers, Security Guards, and all office staff has been contributed 70 lakhs from the salary and

remaining amount has been contributed by Infosys foundation Total Rs 1 cr 50 lakhs for the

construction of ZP Primary school.

Under MAHATMA GANDHI NATIONAL RURAL EMPLOYMENT GUARNTY ACT scheme Gram

Panchayat has been created nursery of 2 lakh plants, and from this nursery plants are provided to villagers. In

the last year plants were provided to all G.P and schools in Mulshi Taluka. At present 1 lakh plants are

remaining. And remaining plants will provide in Mulshi Taluka in the month of July .

Crematorium shed, joint road, etc work has been done by Gram Panchayat fund and tree plantation has

Water supply is made available to the employee by the mobile device to stop running water . So while the rest of

their savings in staff time is being used by the panchayat for work .





E-Development.

Regarding Gram Panchayat the different types of services available on the web site www.grampanchayatmaan.org,

The Gram Panchayat has

taxes online. & More than

50% tax bills and receipts

are send by email to the

customers.






C.C.T.V:- From the point of view of security Gram Panchayat has installed and fitted C.C.T.V cameras

on office building and main areas in village.

Under Gram Panchayat there are more than 50 self help groups are existing, out of these 6 are the

bellow poverty line and out of six 3 self help groups have received loan up to 5 lakh from the bank.

With the help of “Abhinav Bachat Gat” self help groups has achieved a good reputation and

awards in the field of production of Organic Vegetables and grading and packing etc.

INDIRA AAWAS YOJANA

The homeless families of bellow the poverty line within the area of Gram Panchayat are given the facility of

home construction (Gharkul) under INDIRA AAWAS YOJANA Scheme.





SANGRAM

From the last 10 months Gram Panchayat has started the facility to pay the MSEB bill, phone bill, and LIC

started. In the current position CSC AAPNA getting a good responce so Gram Panchayat has decided to

CIT Centre

With the help of Tech Mahindra company and Pratham Infotech starts the CIT Centre for the local

unemployed peoples. The Gram Panchayat gives the facility of IT related short period 3 months courses in

reasonable fees of Rupees 100 only. This CIT centre consists of 10 computer which is fully furnished and

having internet connection.





WATER CONSERVATION

Under the N.S.S. camp NATIONAL RURAL EMPLOYMENT GUARNT Y ACT scheme 25 Vanrai

Dams are constructed every year, also from Gram Panchayat fund 2 cement dams are constructed.





DEVELOPMENT OF DEPRIVED FACTORS

In the area of Gram Panchayat for the backward community out of 15% reserved backward fund 3 floors

sabha hall construction is going on, also there construction of roads,entrance gate, temple, water supply, solar

light,solar lamp distribution etc programme are implemented.





SAVE GIRL CHILD

Daughters born to promote the cause of this area Hon. Supriya Sule is making efforts

day and night, and Grampanchayat gives ₨10000 to girl child mother by the honor.
