" The BOP community supported and inspired me throughout my time

at Purdue. They helped me build the skills I needed to

succeed as a student and in the internships that I had with General Electric, Roche and Amazon.

Being involved in BOP played a big role in my next step, a job with Microsoft.”

NATHAN EBIKWO Bachelor of Science, May 2020

Major: Supply Chain, Information and Analytics

The Dr. Cornell A. Bell Business Opportunity Program Our program begins with an eight-week summer session for incoming Krannert freshmen in the School of Management. Students take introductory business courses that count toward graduation and prepare them for their freshman year. They live together in a residence hall, get acquainted with campus culture and learn about resources that can help them succeed.

Financial Assistance Many students receive a renewable scholarship after complet-ing the summer session. The jumpstart to college, renewable scholarship and participating in the summer session provides students with an option to graduate early, saving housing and tuition costs.

BOP Benefits After the summer session, advantages to participating in BOP include:

• Internships, full-time employment search support • Networking opportunities with alumni, corporate recruiters and

executives • Career coaching • Peer mentoring • Academic advising • Tutoring services • Financial support for study abroad • Family environment and support
