Introduction
I have worked all over the world helping women to overcome infertility and my success rate is
extraordinarily high. I use my own techniques that I have developed and researched over many
years. They are unique to me and not available anywhere else.
In this programme you will be able to learn and implement all of my methods through a series of
powerful videos designed to bring about physical changes to your fertility so that your chances of
conception, naturally or with IVF, as well as your chances of a perfect pregnancy and an easy birth
are all dramatically increased.

Module One Baby Steps
The purpose of Baby Steps is to change your thinking as the body must match your thoughts. Every
single thought can have a physical effect on your body so the more you can think about and
visualise a perfect pregnancy the more you are likely to get pregnant.
Video 1 shows you how to increase your chances of IVF conception and how to reverse your fertile
age. This module has 3 exercises designed to show you how changing your thinking can get and
keep you pregnant.

Module Two Misconceptions
The purpose of Misconceptions is to change your belief system. Changing your beliefs can actually
change your biochemistry which can make and keep you super fertile. Remember that no matter
what statistics say they do not have to apply to you.

use and the words you speak in relation to pregnancy, birth and motherhood can greatly increase
your fertility and help you to have a baby.

Module Four Baby Rules
The purpose of Baby Rules is to show you how all humans are programmed to move towards pain
and away from pleasure. Our mind can often hold subconscious thoughts of pain in relation to
having a baby and being a parent that we are consciously unaware of.
This module changes your mental programming so your reproductive system improves and
becomes super fertile as you link only pleasure to having a baby.

Remember:
When you understand how the mind is working you can make it work to
your advantage
Every thought or idea has a physical reaction in your body
What is expected tends to be realised
Imagination is far more powerful than knowledge when dealing with your
own mind
Every suggestion acted upon makes it easier for the mind to accept
another suggestion
An emotional symptom will cause organic change if it persists long enough
When dealing with a subconscious mind, the greater the conscious effort
the less the subconscious responds
Once the idea has been accepted by conscious mind it tends to stay there,
and the longer it stays there, the harder it is to replace it
Habit of thought comes before the habit of action
The more you question a belief the less it holds to be truth
Your beliefs about fertility are not convictions, they are opinions
Mind cannot hold conflicting beliefs

Write down the pains associated with pregnancy
Write down the pleasures associated with pregnancy
Make sure there is more pleasure then pain, if not – keep writing until you can see more
pleasure then pain associated with pregnancy
Delete all the pain notes – cross it out, put black lines through it all..

Module Five See My Baby
The purpose of See My Baby is to show you how your ability to visualise can get and keep you
pregnant and give you a healthy baby.
We learn how to programme our mind for conception and motherhood and we making our own
tailored programme for Conception, Perfect Pregnancy and Birth.
Video 1: Main Training – Seeing Your Baby
Action Steps
Practise Visualizing (5 min each day)
Be positive (Eliminate every possible negative word connected to pregnancy, birth and babies,
and focus only on what you wish to achieve - a perfect pregnancy and a healthy robust baby
and then move towards it)
Be absolutely clear (Keep your mind on what you want, and off what you don’t want. Whatever
you focus on, you will move towards - so thinking about how you don’t want to look, feel or
become, simply puts negative words and images back into your mind.)
Be specific, and use very descriptive words (The words we use in front of a word can
increase or decrease the effect of those words. Rather than saying ‘I am fertile’, say ‘I am
extremely fertile’ or ‘fantastically fertile’ or ‘super fertile’. ‘I have abundant energy, massive
amounts of energy’. Instead of saying ‘I am a good parent’ change it to ‘I am a loving caring
wonderful, fantastic mother’. )
Remember:
Visualization can make you and keep you pregnant
When you visualize you send a very clear messages to your brain and those
messages are actually causing physical and chemical changes in your body
Use the present tense (The subconscious mind is only in the moment; therefore create images
that are occurring now, this instant. For example, ‘my eggs are becoming stronger, more fertile
and more resilient today and every day’. ‘My fertility is increasing rapidly and progressively right
now’. ‘I am expecting my baby now’.)
Be detailed (Make your words dynamic and descriptive: ‘I am young, vibrantly healthy and fertile
with grade A perfect abundant eggs’. Make it personal: ‘I am’ I look’ ‘I always’ ‘I can’.)
Visualisation must be vivid (See it, sense it, feel it, touch it and hear it. Activate all your senses,
because the more vividly you visualize, the more rapidly your mind responds.)
Visualisation must be frequent (The more vividly you visualize, the more rapidly your mind and
body responds. Visualise frequently and repeat it over and over like playing a video in your head.
Repetition is vital. When you repeat an action you create a neural pathway in your brain that is
strengthened with each repetition. This pathway is like a thread that becomes stronger every time
you repeat something until it becomes more like a cable. When you first learnt to use a keyboard,
drive a car or operate a new mobile phone you had to repeat the actions slowly, now due to
repetition they are so embedded in you they are almost automatic.)
Use duration and intensity (Hold the picture for longer and make it bigger, brighter and clearer.
Combine your visualization with an intensity of desire, as this will increase the effectiveness.
Visualisation takes practice, what the mind sees, it believes without question. So your ability to
visualise will have a powerful effect on you. As you visualise you will stimulate your mind and body
into action. Remember, what you can hold in your mind with confidence and feeling, you can
achieve.)

The purpose of Baby Love is to show you how your ability to visualise can get and keep you
pregnant and give you a healthy baby.
We learn how to programme our mind for conception and motherhood and by making our own
tailored programme for Conception, Perfect Pregnancy and Birth.
Video 1: Main Training – How To Compose Your Own Unique Powerful Script That Will
Activate Changes In Your Fertility

Read through conception scripts for about a month
Then listen to a conception audio file every day for another month
Listen to a perfect pregnancy audio file every day for another month and then twice a week
Begin to listen to a pain free hypnotic birth audio file every day starting about 2 months
before your due date

you to get pregnant
You can influence the way your will experience your pregnancy and birth

The purpose of Baby Goals and Affirmations is to train your mind to overcome any hidden
resistance or unconscious objection to having a baby.

Module Eight Baby Food
This module covers the foods and supplements that can increase ovulation, conception, embryo
implantation full term pregnancy and your baby’s development

The foods and supplements that can increase sperm development, sperm motility and sperm
quantity
Foods to add and foods to remove so you can make and grow a healthy baby
Easy ways to stop smoking, stop drinking and minimise stress to help you conceive a perfect
baby easily and quickly.

Make changes to your diet to increase your fertility
Remember:
An organic diet free from additives, preservatives and chemicals especially
artificial sweetener can boost fertility
Refined carbohydrates can effect fertility because the pesticides and chemicals in
flour (and its by-products, including bread, pasta, cereals and pastry), can be
disruptive to your body.
Sperm perform best in alkaline conditions so make sure your diet is not too
acidic.

Module Nine Baby Tunes
In Baby Tunes, we show you how singing baby songs relaxes you and keeps you in a positive,
focused and relaxed state which is very helpful particularly if you are undergoing fertility treatment.
Singing to yourself communicates directly to your subconscious mind and increases the
effectiveness of visualisation it is an easy and happy way of increasing your fertility. Singing to your
developing baby so you help it to grow perfectly has been proven to get results.

your fertility and do a few additional fun and easy things to further increase your ability to have your
