This is the first thing that they have made available (we have received /nothing else yet) . /This is unacceptable and we are being slow-walked. I thought that Justiceinstructed the agencies to waive the third-party rule.FYI, Treasury was making similar noises about this in our meeting this morning.I am happy to respond to this but need more information about the status of thethird party rule. Thedifficulty is that they are using these documents to preparerenewals, so each set may be available off and on.
