Capacity Building WorkshopThe Study Team shall conduct capacity buildingworkshops on the VEA/A process that it willadopt in the conduct of the VE/VA Study onPRBIDP for selected govemment technicalpersonnel, supervisors/managers and/or offrcialswhich will be identifed/determined by NEDA.
Presentation toNEDA/NIA/ICC/INFRACOMThe Consulting Firm / Study Team will presentthe results of the VE/VA Study, findings andrecommendations to NEDA. NIA and/or otherstakeholders for comments. The Study Teammay also be called to present the same to theInvestment Coordination Committee (ICC),Committee on ln&astructure (INFRACOM),and/or other inter-agency committees, asnecessary.
Final VE/VA ReportThe Study Team shall incorporate any
applicable comment and recommendation
received from NEDA/NIA/ICC/INFRACOM,and/or other stakeholders. after the submission
of the Draft Final VE/VA Report. The FinalVE/VA Report shall be accompanied by the
Workshop Reports based on the capacity
building activities undertaken.
Notes:2. The Consulting Firm shall submit, together
with the VE/VA Work and Financial Plan
(WFP), its estimated man-month
requirements based on the timelines ofdeliverables and Annex B of the Terms ofReference (TOR). The Certified Value
Specialist (CVS) shall be engaged for a
minimum of 2.I man-months.
3. The Study Team may prepare a canned five(5)-minute audio-visual presentation (AVP)for ease of presentation toNEDA/NIA/ICCiINFRACOM. and/or other
stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Consulting Firm
The Consulting Firm shall shoulder all expensesrequired in the conduct of the Study, includingall costs related to the on-the-job capacltybuilding and training workshops, as well as the
study tour/site visit. However, the ConsultingFirm shall not provide "per diem" allowances
to any of the government personnel involved orparticipating in the StudY.
