Starting its formal operations in the year 2005 and based in Mumbai,
India, Symphony Solutions, now known as Symphony
Technoventures Pvt. Ltd. has been in the field of IT since 2003. Since
our inception we are a technology‐centric organization. Our
approach focuses on new ways of business combining IT innovation
and adoption while also leveraging on organization's current IT
assets.

THE TEAM
Being a knowledge and service‐based company, building and maintaining the right team is core
and crucial for the company. It is this motivated and reliable team which enables the company
to be able to innovate product and service lines and to be able to cost‐effectively deliver it to its
large and receptive clients.
Symphony currently has a core team of young as well as seasoned professionals, each of whom
brings strong skills to the company. It is management's intent to selectively exploit its contacts
within the industry by offering attractive incentive packages to proven technicians.
Company executives comprise high calibre professionals whose experience’s create immense
synergy for the company. Our operations are currently handled by a team of 25+ dedicated team
and 20+ on‐contract and freelance professionals who are available to us on as‐required basis. The
Software team comprises of Graduate and Post‐Graduate Software as well as Test Engineers with
domain‐certifications in their respective areas of operations. All our Travel‐related IT executives are
IATA certified with varying domain‐related experiences.
With capacity to achieve scalability of 100+ professionals on immediate notice, the company can
address any impulse requirements of scalabilities for our clients in their projected time frame.
TRAVEL RELATED ITES OPERATIONS
Fare Loading
Primarily for large‐scale Consolidators and
Airlines, the process involves Loading of
Fares for Airlines across various sectors and
seasons, and depends on complex rules,
terms and conditions as defined by the
Airlines and IATA.
Currently we attend to 30+ Airlines
Worldwide through our Consolidators.
Our Team of IATA‐certified people develop
Faresheets and have the Fares published on
either GDS’s like Sabre, Galileo etc or onto
Consolidators‐custom built web‐
applications.
Product Loading
As one‐more‐step forward towards our goal of
providing end‐to‐end solutions to our Clients, we
have also ventured into the domain of Product
Loading. Product Loading involves interpreting
complex contracts and filling in the room types ,
facilities, rates with utmost accuracy.
With our team of experienced and Certified
product loading consultants , we fullfill this
demand , enabling the wholesalers/ travel

agents to focus on their core expertise and
increase their revenues.
Ticketing – Back Office
After the Airline tickets are booked over‐the‐
phone, website or over‐the‐counter, the
information is relayed to Back‐office operations
center in e‐format. Our staff then generates
PNR, has the tickets issued and payment
transacted.
Auditing
Auditing of all the tickets that have been issued
occurs wherein actual tickets are compared to
the Rule‐sheets issued by the Airlines for the
respective Agent/Front‐office. Also are
compared the funds that have been
transacted. In case of discrepancies, ADR’s
are raised and action taken by the Airlines.
Some of the Cost Benefit Analysis by our
clients for these Back‐office Operations

of quantity is much higher while at the
same time the quality is at‐par to

communicates with its environment by means of industry standard IP protocols.
